Tremain Capital is fortunate to have an incredible group of like minded investors. We thought we'd introduce you to just a few of them so that they, not us, can tell you if we're any good.
Our investment system
Our investment system is simple:
1. We seek out opportunities to invest;
2. We undertake due dilligence and decide whether the opportunity is worth presenting to our investment community;
3. We prepare a detailed Information Memorandum (IM) on each opportunity. This IM details both the opportunities and the risks involved;
4. We send out an introductry notice which enables our clients to register interest in the opportunity.
5. Once interest is registered we send out the IM.
6. We are not "Financial Advisers" so we strongly advise our clients to seek independent financial advice;
7. If clients express further interest they formally register, provide all their AML requirements (if not already on hand) and invest according to the terms of each opportunity.
8. In addition clients must prove that they are "Wholesale Investors" to invest with Tremain Capital.
